Currently, you can only download digital images in the following formats:
Media Type
Supported Files
File Size Limits
Images
JPG, GIF, PNG
40MB
Notes:
  • GIF and PNG images will be converted to WEBP file format when downloaded individually.
  • When the album is downloaded as a .zip file, the original image's format is preserved.
  • When customers purchase original files, the original image's format is preserved.
It is not possible to download digital files in other formats.
