The Wix Payments Terms of Service will be updated and available to view on March 24, 2025. No action is required. By continuing to use Wix Payments, you agree to the changes and accept the updated terms. These changes do not apply to users in Brazil.
Key changes include:
- Updated definitions to cover users who have multiple businesses under different Wix Payments accounts.
- Clarified and provided more detail about how you receive tax statements and your responsibility to comply with applicable tax laws.
- Updated our language to be more transparent around how we process personal information as well as hold reserves.
- Added information about Buy Now, Pay Later products with Wix Payments, which weren't previously listed in the terms.
- Updated our approach for collecting negative balance.
- If you delete your site and the restoration period has passed, we updated our approach to allow us to terminate your Wix Payments account without notification.
