Once you
create your Wix Payments Brazil account and complete your setup, we send you an email notification directing you to verify your identity. We redirect you to a third-party URL where you complete your review.
To comply with regulations, you provide certain details and documents, which we review usually within 24 business hours. You can complete the process on a mobile device or on a desktop with a webcam. If you meet all the requirements, we send you a notification confirming that we have activated your account.
Important
Once you begin the flow, please do not close your browser or your progress may be lost.
Step 1 | Provide your identification document
Provide an official ID that has your picture. This is the first step of the identification process, and we match it with the selfie you share in the next step. You take a picture of the front and back of the document. We accept the following documents:
- RG
- CNH (driving license) or Digital CNH
Note: If using a digital CNH, you need two devices: one to display the CNH and another to take a selfie with it. For help finding your digital CNH, see the FAQ section in this article. - RNE

Step 2 | Take a Selfie
Take a selfie. We use a facial recognition tool to ensure your identity with the necessary security measures. We match this selfie with the ID photo you submitted in the previous step. Click
Continue in the middle of the screen to get started. Below are some tips to help you take a good picture:
- Position yourself in a location with good lighting
- Remove glasses, hats or any other accessories that may cover your face
- Position your face in the center of the screen, do not smile and keep a neutral face
Note:
We use your picture for verification purposes only and do not share it.
Step 3 | Provide income and professional occupation information
You may be requested to enter your job and income range to help verify your identity. You can choose from the following available options:
- Your estimated monthly income.
- Your estimated annual income.
- Your professional occupation.
Step 4 | Provide company documents
If you have a business account, you may be required to take a clear picture of one of the following company documents:
- Ato Constitutivo
- Estatuto Social
- Requerimento de Empresário
- Comprovante de MEI (CCMEI)
- Ata de Assembléia
- Contrato Social
- Para todos os Estados (exceto MG): Cartão do Produtor rural dentro da validade ou Talão de Produtor Rural
- Procuração pública lavrada em cartório (mencionando que o representante em questão possui plenos poderes para abrir e administrar contas em instituições financeiras)
- Apenas para MG (que não possui mais Cartão do Produtor Rural): Comprovante de Inscrição Estadual ou Talão de Produtor Rural
- Certificado de Cadastro de Imóvel Rural (CCIR) ou Imposto de Território Rural (ITR) do ano em curso ou do anterior
- Consulta SINTEGRA devidamente atualizada (Internet) ou Cartão de Inscrição Municipal (CIM), se for o caso
- CPF e carteira de Identidade do Produtor Rural
- Requerimento de Empresário arquivado na Junta Comercial e Cartão CNPJ

Information review
Once you submit all the information, we review it usually within 24 business hours. If we approve the documentation, we activate your account and notify you via email.
If we need any additional information, we notify you and ask you to upload only the missing or supplementary documents. We provide you with the next steps once you open the verification link in your email again.
