Wix Mobile Apps: Customizing Your Site for Your Members

When you create a Wix site, you also get a customizable site in the Wix member apps. There are 3 member apps, Spaces App, Fit by Wix and Dine by Wix. Your members are directed to download the relevant app for your business.
What is Spaces App?
The Spaces by Wix app allows your members to connect with your business directly from their mobile device. Members can use the app to stay up-to-date with announcements and chat directly with your business from their inbox. They can also book services you offer, purchase from your online store, and register for your events. Learn more
Why do I have members in the Spaces App if I've never used it?
When people view your Wix site from a mobile device, a banner appears at the top inviting them to join your site in the Spaces App. Even if you haven't customized the member app for your business, people are still able to download the Spaces app and sign up as members.
Important:
You can only show or hide the invite banner if you have a Premium plan that includes disabling Wix ads.

How do I customize the Spaces App?
Since you already have members in the app, make sure it matches your business and brand. You can update the app's cover image and logo, pick a background color, and create an email campaign to invite more people to the app.
To customize the Spaces App:
- Go to Settings in your site's dashboard.
- Scroll down to Communications and click Mobile app for members.
- (If you don't have the app) Click the drop-down next to Download the Spaces App to get a download link for the app that you can share with your members.
- Click the drop-down next to Customize Your Look to choose a color, cover image and logo that members see in the Spaces app.
- Click the drop-downs next to Grow Your Mobile Community and Engage with Your Members to invite site members via email and create customized campaigns to get more people in your community to join the app.
