Wix Media: Creating a Promotional Video in the Wix Owner App

Promotional marketing videos are a powerful way to spread brand awareness and drive traffic to your site. 
Directly from the Wix Owner app, you can easily create and share stunning promotional videos on the go using the Video Maker. You can then display your videos on your site or share them on social media and email campaigns.

To create promotional videos in the Wix Owner app:

  1. Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
  2. Tap Manage at the bottom.
  3. Tap Video Maker under Branding & Marketing.
  1. Click Create New.
  2. Click Add Media to add images or videos to your video.
  3. Click the Text tab and enter the text for your video:
    • Opening Text: This appears at the beginning of your video and should introduce the concept of the video.
    • Second Text: This text appears next. Use it to explain more about the concept.
    • Third Text: This text is the next to appear. Its a good idea to make this a call-to-action to explain what you would like the watchers to do, such as "Visit Our Store".
    • Closing Text: This is the last text to appear. It is usually a good place to enter your website address or contact details so your watchers know how to find you.
    • Click the Include Business Info toggle:
      • Enabled: Your business information is displayed in your video.
        • Enter your business details and add your logo.
      • Disabled: Your business information is not displayed in your video.
  4. Click the Theme and Style tab to design your video:
    • Theme: Click the thumbnails and choose the theme for your video.
    • Colors: Click the color boxes and choose the colors for your video.
    • Font: Click the drop-down menu and choose the text font.
    • Orientation: Select the orientation of your video.
  5. Click the Music tab and choose the music for your video.
  6. Click Save when you have finished creating your video.
  7. Do one of the following:
    • Click Save & Share to download a your video in high definition, then click Share Options to share it on your social networks.
    • Click Customize to make changes to the video.
