After connecting your Wix Inbox to your Facebook page, you can view and reply to your Facebook messages directly from your Wix Inbox. If you are experiencing any issues, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

To connect your Wix Inbox to your Facebook page:

Go to Wix Inbox.
Click the Settings drop-down.
Click Channels.
Disconnect your Facebook page from your Wix Inbox.
Go to Facebook to logout of your account.
Return to your Inbox Settings page to reconnect your Facebook account with your Wix inbox.
