Wix Forms: Viewing and Managing a Submissions Table

When visitors submit one of your forms, their entries are automatically stored in a submissions table. Use the submissions table to simplify your data management – you can sort and filter the submissions, categorize them, import and export data and much more.

Viewing a submissions table

Head over to your site's dashboard to see the submission data from your forms and effortlessly organize your data. Each form has its own unique submissions table. 
Good to know:
Site forms submission tables load with the data from the last time you published your site.

  1. Go to Forms & Submissions in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click View Submissions Table next to the relevant form. 
Can't see a submission table?
If you click View Submissions Table and no table appears, it means you need to go to your editor and create it from there.
  1. In the editor, click the relevant form.
  2. Click Form Settings.
  3. Click Create Submissions Table in the Main tab.
  4. Publish your site.

Managing the data in a submissions table

Manage your submissions table to focus on the info that is most important to you. You can sort and filter the submissions to create your own view, then export it as a CSV file.

  1. Go to Forms & Submissions in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click View Submissions Table next to the relevant form.
  3. Choose how to manage your submission data:
Note:
The order of fields in the submissions table is based on the order they appear in the site form. If you want to reorder the fields in the table, go to your editor and reorganize the fields in the relevant form. Then publish your site.
