Capturing or voiding authorized payments

To capture funds:

  1. Go to Events in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click Manage next to the relevant event.
  3. Click the Orders tab.
  4. Click the relevant order.
  5. Click the More Actions drop-down and select the relevant option:
    • Capture payment: The payment is sent to your account. Click Capture to confirm.
    • Void payment: The hold on the payment is released from your customer's account. Click Void Payment to confirm.
