Enterprise Solution: Managing Access to Your Sites using IP Allowlisting
4 min read
IP allowlisting is a method for restricting access to a URL. It works by checking the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of visitors against a list of approved IP addresses. If a visitor tries to access a URL from an IP address that is not on the list, they are automatically blocked. This can help prevent unauthorized access to a site's resources.
You can use the Wix enterprise solution's IP Allowlisting feature to create rules that limit access to your sites. For example, you can create a rule to allow access only to visitors from your organization's IP addresses. Select which URLs on your account that you want to include in your rule and enter the IP addresses that are allowed to access them.
