Currently, it is not possible to schedule parallel appointments, where the same staff member or resource is required for multiple appointments taking place at the same time. When a staff member is booked, their availability is closed for other appointments.

For example, a hairdresser may want to book parallel appointments if a hair coloring service takes 1 hour to dry without needing continuous attention from staff. By setting the service duration to include both service and processing time, the hairdresser can free up team members to attend to other clients while the treatment develops. This maximizes the number of slots available for booking during peak hours.
