Wix Bookings Request: Automatic Appointment Waitlist Management

Currently, it is not possible to automate your appointment waitlists. When a slot becomes available, neither you nor your clients automatically receive a notification.

You must maintain your waitlist in the Booking Calendar manually. This includes monitoring cancellations and reschedules, and manually adding a waitlist client to the newly-available slot.

Workaround:

You can automate your waitlist with a third-party app Waitlist for Bookings. It's available in the Wix App Market and matches waitlist requests to appointment openings for you.
