Wix Bookings: Customizing Your Appointment Form
Important:
This form is no longer available to add to your site. If you already have an Appointment Form, you can customize it as needed.
The Appointment Form is made up of sections and sub-sections, each of which you can customize to suit your needs. Change the elements that appear in this form and design every part to match your style.
To customize your Appointment Form:
- Go to the page with the Appointment Form in your Editor.
- Click the Appointment Form widget.
- Choose what you want to customize:
