Wix Blog: Troubleshooting Members Missing from Members Page

There are a number of reasons why you may not see a particular member on the Members page, who you expected to see there.
- Member was approved, but hasn't logged in: A member asked to join your site. You approved the member, but they haven't logged in after receiving approval. This member will appear on the members page only after they sign in for the first time.
- Member accepted invite, but hasn't logged in: You sent an invite but the person hasn't logged in since they received it. This member will appear on the members page only after they sign in for the first time.
- Member hasn't joined the community: Besides logging in, members need to join your community to appear on the Members page. The Community is an opt-in feature that allows your members to decide whether their information can be viewed by other members. Learn More
Tips:
- You can encourage members to join the community by setting the Join this site's community checkbox to be selected by default. Learn How
- You can check if a member has signed in to your site by going to the Site Members tab in your site's dashboard.
