Wix Blog: Customizing Sender Details for 'New Post' Notification Emails
You can customize your sender details that appear in your new post notification emails (From Name and Reply-to Email). Once you've customized these fields, they are saved and used every time a new post notification email is sent.
Note:
Changing your sender details requires a quick verification. This is to ensure the details provided are correct. Once you've entered your "from name" and a "reply-to email", a verification code is sent to the email address you entered.
To customize your sender details:
- Go to your Email Marketing Dashboard.
- Click Edit Details under Sender Details.
3. Edit the sender name in the
From Name field.
4. Edit the
Reply-to Email field.
5. Click
Save.
6. Check the email address that you entered in step 4 for the verification code.
7. Enter the code and click
Confirm.
Note:
If you did not receive a verification code, check your spam folder before clicking
Send again.
