The NIS2 directive is the most comprehensive cybersecurity law in the European Union.
The directive’s main goal is to enhance the security of network and information systems operating inside the EU by obligating the providers of critical infrastructure and essential services to implement appropriate security measures and report any incidents to the relevant authorities.
Pursuant to article 2, Wix appoints Wix Online Platforms Limited as the main establishment for the purposes of NIS2 directive based on the highest number of employees in the Union.
