Wix AI Site-Chat Request: Enabling the Contact Form Before or After Conversations

Currently with Wix AI Site-Chat, the contact form can only be enabled in three cases:
- The AI chat is unable to answer a visitor’s question
- A visitor asks to chat with a real person
- The AI chat is offline
This feature would allow you to enable the contact form before and after a visitor has a conversation with the AI chat.
