Currently, it is not possible for the AI Site-Chat to provide answers to general knowledge questions related to your products or industry. This feature would allow the AI Site-Chat to retrieve the answer from trusted sources on the web when the information isn't available on your site.
For example, if you sell cameras and a site visitor asks, "What is an image sensor?", the AI could pull the answer from an online source - if this option is enabled on your site.
