With the Free Invoice generator, you can quickly create invoices for your clients without any fees or charges. Our user-friendly template is designed with best billing practices in mind, to ensure efficient invoicing.

- Wix does not collect or retain personal information about your business or your clients.
- You must have a Wix account and be signed in to email invoices directly to clients.
- You must sign up to email or download your invoices.
Creating your free invoice
Create your free invoice in minutes, and make sure to include all important business details for your clients. You can then set the invoice and payment details before adding the relevant products and services you're invoicing for.
Then choose whether to send the invoice to your client right away or download it so you can send it later.
To create your free invoice:
- Go to the Free Invoice Generator.
- Click Create Your Invoice.
- Enter all your relevant business information.
Note: The asterisk (*) indicates a required field. - Click + Upload to add your business logo to the invoice.
- Enter all the relevant client information.
- Enter the invoice and payment details under Invoice Settings. Make sure you enter the correct date of issue and due date to align expectations with your client.
- Enter all relevant products and/or services, and make sure to include a description, price, quantity, and discounts. Click Apply to Invoice after you enter each product or service included in the invoice.
- Add any relevant Notes and Terms using the fields provided.
- Choose what you want to do:
- Email your client: Send the invoice directly to your client right away. You customize the subject and accompanying message to fit your company's style and tone of voice. Then click Send.
- Download Invoice: Choose this option to download the invoice and send it to your client later.
