HubSpot is an all-in-one marketing and CRM platform that captures and tracks leads from your site. After adding the app, any leads from Wix Forms are automatically added to your HubSpot contact list so you can stay in touch. You can also create pop-up forms for your site and track visitor activity using HubSpot.

Track User Activity on Your Site

Once a visitor submits the contact form, they become a contact in your HubSpot account where you can track their activity on your site. You can see what pages they visited, how they got to your site and the contact details they've left.
Tip:
  • It can take a few minutes for new contacts to appear on HubSpot.

Track Leads from Your Form

Every time someone submits a contact form (created with Wix Forms), their details are automatically added to your contact list on HubSpot. Go to the Contacts section to view and manage them.
