Wix Video: Unavailable Videos in Your Video Library
You may see that a video in your Video Library is unavailable. This can be for the following reasons:
- You have filmed a live stream but you don't have enough video hours to post the video on your site. For example, if you have 2 video hours in your plan, but film a live stream of 3 hours, the streamed video will become unavailable in your Video Library.
- You downgraded your Premium Plan and you now have less video hours so the video has become unavailable.
You can only post the video once you delete other videos from your site or purchase a higher plan.
