Unable to Submit Standalone Forms Containing Signature Fields (Includes Workaround)
Known Issue|We’re investigating this issue.
We're aware of an issue where standalone forms are not being submitted if they have a Signature field. We are currently gathering more information regarding this matter.
Meanwhile, you can use one of the following workarounds:
- Remove the Signature field in the Standalone Form
or - Create a website form with the Signature field by doing the following:
- Open the Editor and create a website form on a new page.
- Add an Upload and/or Signature fields.
- Publish your site and share the web address URL with your site visitors.
Note that adding a Signature field on a website form requires a Business Premium plan.
