Troubleshooting the HubSpot App

If you're unable to install the app, check the following:

HubSpot:
When creating a new HubSpot account, you need to complete or skip the "Getting Started" checklist in order to set it up. Make sure to do this before trying to install the app.

The HubSpot app supports Wix Forms. Forms created using other apps (e.g. 123 Form Builder) do not sync with HubSpot.

If you don't see any leads captured from your form, go to your Editor and check how the form was built. If necessary, re-create the form with Wix Forms.
