Known Issues

Traffic Reports Show No Traffic Data Since August 8

Known Issue|This issue was resolved.

Between August 8 and August 17, traffic may appear higher than usual.
After August 18, traffic may appear to decline.
This difference is expected, as the two BI events count traffic data differently.
Traffic Reports should now display data correctly, including data for August 8–17.
In Traffic Overview, there may still be a data gap for August 8–17 when viewing the “Last 30 days” timeframe.
If you need to view Traffic Overview data for August 8–17, please change the timeframe to “Last 90 days” and the data should appear.
