Third-Party Apps: Receiving Support for a Third-Party App

A third-party app is made by other developers or companies. They are not considered a product of Wix. Support for these apps is provided by the third-party developer or company that own the app.
Wix provides important information about these apps in the Wix App Market. In the app listing, you can find information about what the app does, the countries and languages it caters for, and where you can find support if you run into an issue with the app. 

To find support details for third-party apps:

  1. Go to the Wix App Market.
  2. Type the name of the app in the search bar. 
  3. Select the app from the search results. 
  4. Scroll down to the developer information box, e.g. App developed by SmartFox.
  5. Right-click Contact us for support
  6. Select Copy email address
  7. Go to your email account and compose a new email to the address copied.

Tip:
You may also find additional information on the developer's website. Some developers may have  chat support so you can get connected to support instantly.
