Site Members Request: Sending Member Request to a Different Email

Note:
This is in relation to notifications that are sent for new pending site members when manual approval is enabled. 
Currently, all new member requests are sent to the email address in the business information of the site. If you have manual approval enabled, then it is not possible to set a different email address specifically for approving site members.
