Resetting the Password for Additional Office 365 Mailboxes

If you are the owner (admin) of your Office 365 mailbox, you can easily change the password of your additional mailboxes. 
Important:
This feature is currently not available to all users. 

To reset the password for your Office 365 mailbox:

  1. Go to Business Email in your Wix account.
  2. Click Manage at Microsoft. 
  3. Sign in to your mailbox:
    1. Enter your email address.
    2. Enter your password. 
    3. Click Sign In. 
  4. Click Users. 
  5. Click Active Users. 
  6. Select the checkbox next to relevant user.
  7. Click Rest Password and choose one of the following:
    1. Auto-generate password.
    2. Let me create the password.
    3. Select the checkbox next to Make this user change their password when they first sign in. 
  8. Click Reset.
