Google also considers factors like website ownership, traffic quality, and past AdSense account history. Understanding the reason for rejection can help you make the necessary improvements before reapplying. 
Notes:
  • Wix sites are built to ensure that all site content is visible and easily extracted by search engines. 
  • The structure of Wix sites does not prevent a Google AdSense application from being approved. 
  • It can take up to 4 weeks to receive a decision back from Google. 

What steps can I take to solve this issue?

If your AdSense application was rejected, don’t worry—you can take steps to improve your chances of approval. Start by reviewing Google's AdSense Program Policies to ensure your site meets all requirements. 
Next, focus on enhancing your content quality, fixing any usability issues, and ensuring your website has essential pages like a Privacy Policy and Contact page.
Additionally, work on growing organic traffic and maintaining a professional, user-friendly design. Once you’ve made the necessary improvements, you can reapply with a stronger application.
Tip:
If your site is quite new, don't rush to reapply. Wait until it's well established before applying. This gives you time to really hone in on the areas that need improving.
