Wix Hotels by HotelRunner Request: Refunding Reservations

We are excited to announce that you can now refund payments made for reservations in Wix Hotels by HotelRunner.

If the reservation was paid using Wix Payments, you can issue a refund from the Payments tab in your site's dashboard.

Currently, orders paid through external payment providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe) cannot be refunded in the Wix dashboard. Learn more about refunds processed outside of Wix.
