Replacing Your Old Contact Form with Wix Forms

Important:
As of December 2018, the old Contact form in the Editor was replaced with Wix Forms. Wix Forms allows you to create fully customizable forms to run your business and saves all the data in a submissions table in your dashboard.

With Wix Forms you can:

  • Choose from a variety of templates or create your own form with dedicated fields such as a survey, feedback or contact form.
  • Add a variety of fields like an upload file field and checkbox field.
  • View all of your submissions in your dashboard.
  • Sync all your data to your contacts.
  • Get notifications about form submissions on your dashboard, email and the Wix Owner app.
