Providing a Partial Refund in Wix Bookings

For convenience, you can cancel a session and provide a total refund, right from your Bookings calendar. 
If you want to provide a partial refund, you can do so from the Orders tab in your site's dashboard.
After you select the relevant order, click More Actions, select Issue Refund and select a refund amount.
