Pausing Your Loyalty Program

Your loyalty program automatically pauses if you switch off all the 'Earn Points' and 'Rewards' toggles. This is because there is no active ways for customers to participate in the program.
To resume your program, enable one of the toggles to make it active.
If you want to keep your loyalty program paused, you must also follow the steps below in addition to switching off all the 'Earn Points' and 'Rewards' toggles.
You need to make these changes from a desktop.
Hide the Loyalty page from your site
on the left side of the Editor.

. Do not delete the page.Delete the My Rewards page from the Members pages
Important:
Do not delete the Loyalty page from your site as that deletes your loyalty program. The My Rewards page, which is a separate page in the Members Area, is the only page you should delete.
