Currently, it is not possible to add tax such as local, state, or federal tax to your programs. This would allow you to include the tax in the program's price or add it at checkout.
Workaround:
You can
sell access to your online program through a connected pricing plan and use the
plan’s tax settings to charge tax at checkout.
