Mobile Live Site Loads Zoomed In/Out on Android Chrome (Includes Workaround)

We are aware of an issue on specific Android devices that mobile live sites are loading zoomed in or zoomed out when using Chrome browser. This is caused by an issue on Chrome browser’s side.
Meanwhile, we suggest you to proceed with the following workaround:
In Chrome, the site is dependent on the font size chosen in the operating system accessibility settings of the device itself. Therefore, please check the accessibility settings of the mobile device you are using and, depending on the issue you are experiencing, proceed with one of the following options:
- For zoomed in mobile live site → decrease the font size.
- For zoomed out mobile live site → increase the font size.
In addition, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Chrome app.
