Loyalty Program: Upgrading Your Site

Upgrade your site to launch your loyalty program. While you can set up your program for free, you need to upgrade for customers to start using your loyalty program. Customers who join your program earn loyalty points and get rewards (e.g. coupons) by taking various actions on your site.

Before you begin:
  • If you have not already done so, add Loyalty Program to your site for free.
  • Wix Loyalty Program is currently available for Wix Stores, Wix Bookings, Wix Restaurants, Wix Pricing Plans and Wix Events.

Upgrading your site

You can conveniently upgrade your site either from your site's dashboard or directly from the Wix Owner app (on Android).
Important:
Make sure to choose a plan that includes the ability to accept payments.

  1. Go to your site's dashboard.
  2. Click Loyalty Program under Customers & Leads.
  3. Click Upgrade at the top right.

  1. Click Select under the plan that suits your needs.
  2. Select the relevant billing cycle then click Continue to Checkout.
  3. Enter your payment details.
  4. Click Submit Purchase.
Important:
After submitting your purchase, your bank may require you to verify your identity. If you're experiencing any issues with the authentication process, contact your bank directly.
