Image Behavior
1 min read
From Image Settings you can set how your image should behave in different scenarios, such as when the image is resized and when the image is clicked.
To set how your image behaves:
- Select an option under How's this image resized:
- Autocrop: Crops (cuts) the image to fit the image space.
- Center: Places the image in the center of the image space.
- Stretch: Stretches the image to fit the image space.
- Fit: Fits the image in the image space.
- Click the drop-down menu under When clicked and select a behavior:
- Nothing happens: The image is not clickable, nothing happens when it's clicked.
- A link opens: The image acts as a button and can be linked to a page, position or anchor on your site, an external URL, a document or an email address.
- It opens in a popup: The image opens in a pop-up window, surrounded by a white border.
- It can be magnified: The cursor becomes a magnifying glass when a visitor hovers over the image. Clicking the image magnifies it.
Important:
If you selected A link opens in step 2, make sure to add a link to the image.
Note: To set the image back to the original file size, from Settings, click Scale to original size.
