Google Workspace Error Message: "You already have a Google Workspace business email account. You can manage it from the Google Admin Console"

This error message appears when the business email you are trying to purchase already exists. You can manage your Google Workspace account through your Google Admin console.
If you did not purchase this business email, or can’t recover access to it, you need to contact Google Workspace directly to be able to use the email account.
If your domain is already registered on Google's end, you should see a message that the domain is already taken. Workspace provides a form in order to verify that you are the current owner of this domain
Once verified, and if you have successfully purchased a business email, you can connect it to your domain by following the steps in Adding Google Workspace MX Records in Your Wix Account.
Why would you need to connect your business email account?
You may have purchased a domain and business email account outside of Wix, then tried to connect this domain to Wix at some later stage. This action can sometimes cause the business email account to stop receiving emails. 

This happens because the MX record ('mail exchange record' - a record in your DNS that specifies the mail server responsible for accepting email messages on behalf of a domain name) didn't get connected when the domain was connected.
