Dynamic Reply-to Email

2 min
The dynamic reply-to email feature allows you to automatically set the reply-to address of your automated emails using information collected from your site visitors. This is particularly useful as it enables you to easily reply directly to the person who triggered the automation, with all their relevant details included, making your communication more efficient and personalized.
For example, Gwen owns a small business that offers online yoga classes. She uses a form on her website for potential clients to inquire about class schedules and special offers. When a client submits this form, Gwen has an automation set up to send her an email notification with the submission details. To make it easy to follow up, Gwen enables the dynamic reply-to email feature. Now, when she receives a notification email for a new inquiry, the reply-to address is automatically set to the client's email address. This allows Gwen to simply click 'Reply' in her inbox and send a personalized response directly to the client, without manually copying their email or form details.
Note:
Include an email field in your trigger (Form submission, Order placed, etc.) to use dynamic reply-to.
