The basic format for the the default date is: mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss

You can also use:

/ or . or - to separate month, day and year, such as mm.dd.yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy
A date without the time - 12/12/2019
A single digit for a month or day - 2/5/2019
Two digits for the year (current century is the default) - 11/8/20
A single digit for the hour - 11/8/20 9:37
AM or PM - 11/8/20 9:37 PM
24-hour format - 11/8/20 21:37
Time zones - 12/31/0018 9:30 UTC
Dates from the distant past, using four digits for the year - 09/12/0018
Dates from the far-off future, using four or five digits for the year, up to 12/31/99999
