Creating a Task from the Contact Card

Create and manage tasks assigned to a specific contact directly from their contact card. 

To create and manage tasks from the contact card:

  1. Go to Contacts in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click the relevant contact to display their contact card.
  3. Scroll down to Tasks & reminders and choose what you want to do:
    • Add task: Click Add Task and create the task:
      1. Enter your task text in the Write your task here... field.
      2. (Optional) Click the Assign to Your Team drop-down to assign the task to a member of your team.
      3. (Optional) Click Select date to select a due date for the task.
      4. Click Done.
    • Edit task: Hover over a task and click the Edit icon  to edit it.
    • Mark complete: Check the circle next to the task to mark it as complete.
