1. Where can I find my coupon and how can I use it?
After signing up for an eligible Three plan, click here and enter your account details, then click Get My Codes. Click Copy this Code under Wix.com and enter it during the the checkout process by following the steps below:

- Click here or click Upgrade Now from inside your Wix account.
- Select the relevant tab for your site (Website or Business & eCommerce).
- Click Select under one of the following Premium Plans:
- If you choose Website, click Select under the Unlimited plan.
- If you choose Business & eCommerce, click Select under the Business Unlimited plan.
- If you choose Website, click Select under the Unlimited plan.
- Select the Monthly subscription period and click Select.
- Enter your credit card details.
Note: You will not be charged at this point, but this credit card may be used for renewals. - Click Enter promo code under Summary on the right.
- Enter the coupon code you received in your email.
- Click Apply.
- Click Submit Purchase.
2. I received a coupon for a Premium Plan, but when I add it during the checkout process, it doesn’t work. What should I do?
- Make sure that you are purchasing the right Premium Plan. The voucher is valid for monthly Unlimited or Business Unlimited plans only.
- Check that the coupon code you are trying to enter is correct.
3. I am trying to purchase a yearly Unlimited/Business Unlimited Premium Plan but the coupon code is not working. Why is that?
The coupon code is valid for Unlimited or Business Unlimited plans with a Monthly subscription only. It is not applicable for Yearly or Biannual subscriptions.
4. How long do I have to use the coupon?
The coupon code is valid for 3 months from the date you receive it by email.
5. Can I upgrade the plan?
You can upgrade to a Premium Plan with additional features or a longer subscription period at any time.
Any remaining credit from your old Premium Plan is taken off the price of your new upgrade during the purchase process.
- Go to Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Click the Show More icon next to the plan you want to upgrade.
- Click Upgrade Plan.
- Click Select under the new Premium Plan or your current Premium Plan if you just want to change the subscription period.
- Choose a subscription period and click Select.
- Enter your payment details and click Submit Purchase.
6. How much will I need to pay after the coupon ends?
Coupons cover the initial purchase of a Premium Plan only, they do not cover the renewal cost.
To see how much you’ll need to pay to renew your plan when the coupon ends, you can check your upcoming renewals (date and amount) in your Wix account.
To check your upcoming renewals:
- Go to Subscriptions in your Wix account.

7. Will my Premium Plan renew automatically?
Yes, to prevent any disruption to your service, all monthly Premium Plans are set to renew automatically every month on the same date as you plan's purchase date.
With this coupon code, you get the first 6 months free. Should you wish to keep your plan active from the 7th month on, you will be charged automatically on a monthly basis.
Should you wish to cancel your Premium Plan before you are charged, follow the instructions under Question #12 before the end of the 6th month.

8. Why do I need to enter my credit card details?
A Premium Plan is a subscription service and requires credit card authorization. The coupon code gives you 6 months free, but after that, your credit card will be charged for the renewal.

12. How do I cancel after 6 months?
- Go to Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Click the Show More icon next to the plan you want to upgrade.
- Click Cancel Plan.
- Click Cancel Now.
- Provide the reason for cancellation and click Cancel Now.
13. Do I need to create a Wix account?
Yes, in order for you to upgrade to a Wix Premium Plan you need to have a Wix account. If you are not a Wix user yet, you can easily sign up for an account.
To sign up:
- Click here.
- Register with your email address, Facebook account and/or Google credentials.
- Click Sign Up and you're all set.

14. Do I need to create a Wix site first?
Yes, in order to upgrade to a Premium Plan you need to have at least one site in your Wix account.
You can create a site from one of our stunning templates using the Wix Editor, or answer a few questions and let us create the perfect site for you.
To create a site:
- Sign in to your Wix account.
- Click + Create New Site at the top right.
- Select the type of website you want to create.
- Click Start Now and answer a few simple questions so we can create a site for you, or click Choose a Template and browse through our Wix Editor Templates.
