Contacts: Messaging Contacts via WhatsApp

Note:

Messaging contacts via WhatsApp is available to users in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Argentina.

Maintain business conversations by communicating with your contacts through WhatsApp messenger. You can send WhatsApp messages from the Contacts area in your site's dashboard.

To message a contact via WhatsApp:

Go to Contacts in your site's dashboard.
Click the relevant contact name.
Click Message via WhatsApp in the Contact info section of the contact card that appears on the right.

Note: The number listed above Message via WhatsApp must include a country code, e.g. +55.

4. Message your contact via WhatsApp in the new browser window that opens.
