Currently, it is not possible to use CMS (Content Management System) collection data in Wix Automations. This feature would allow you to automate many new processes based upon the data in your CMS collections.

Imagine a simplified event registration process using Wix Automations and CMS data integration. In this scenario, users could register for an event through a custom form on the website. The site admin would then review the registration and approve it by marking a field in the CMS. Upon approval, the user would automatically receive an email confirmation with event details. As the event date approaches, users would receive an automated reminder email with key information.

This streamlined process could become a reality if Wix Automations allowed full integration with CMS data.
