Change the Sign Up Form Text and Layout

To customize the text on your Get Subscribers form:

Click the Signup Form tab.
Select or deselect the text to hide or display it:
- Title: This is the title of your Get Subscribers form. It is a useful way to inform your site visitors what the form is for.
- Subtitle: This is the subtitle of your Get Subscribers form. It is a useful way to give your visitors more information about why they should sign up on the form.
Enter the text for the rest of the form:
- Button: Enter the button text. This should contain a clear "call-to-action".
- Thank You title: Your subscribers see this text when they complete the form.
- Thank You subtitle: This is the subtitle text when a subscriber completes the form.
Select a layout next to Layouts:
- Horizontal: Select this layout to display form in a horizontal format.
- Vertical: Select this layout to display form in a vertical format.
