Cannot Record/Upload Custom Voicemail Greeting on Wix App (Includes Workaround)

Known Issue|We’re investigating this issue.
Some sites might experience an issue where you are unable to record or upload a custom voicemail greeting for your Business Phone Number on the Wix mobile app. 

After recording your message and tapping Save, you may see an error message which says, "Voicemail greeting wasn't saved due to a technical issue. Please try again"
Workaround
Record your greeting as WAV or MP3 and upload via the desktop dashboard in your Business Phone Number settings.
If your WAV file is over 2mb, please convert your file to MP3.
