Automation Emails Not Sent to Collaborator Roles

We’ve identified several usability-related topics that may impact email delivery and notifications. These issues can be addressed by taking a few actions on your end.
Please review the following potential issues and suggested solutions:
- Email Bouncing: MailPolicy Violation
Please check your email domain’s spam filter or security settings and update your whitelist to allow @wixsiteautomations.com emails. - Email Bouncing: Content Complaint
You may have previously marked an email as spam. You can try whitelisting @wixsiteautomations.com in your email account or spam settings. - Emails Going to Spam/Junk
Sometimes, notification emails are delivered to your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders and mark any Wix messages as "Not Spam" to help improve future delivery. - Unsubscribed Collaborators
If a collaborator isn’t receiving emails, please have them go to Settings > Notification Preferences > Email and confirm that “Confirmations and status changes” is toggled on.

- If any issue still persists after following these steps, please contact support with the following information:
- The contact who didn't receive the email
- The date and time the email should have been received
- The specific booking that the automation email was sent for
