Automation Emails Not Sent to Collaborator Roles

Known Issue|This issue was resolved.
We’ve identified several usability-related topics that may impact email delivery and notifications. These issues can be addressed by taking a few actions on your end.

Please review the following potential issues and suggested solutions:
  1. Email Bouncing: MailPolicy Violation
Please check your email domain’s spam filter or security settings and update your whitelist to allow @wixsiteautomations.com emails.
  2. Email Bouncing: Content Complaint
You may have previously marked an email as spam. You can try whitelisting @wixsiteautomations.com in your email account or spam settings.
  3. Emails Going to Spam/Junk
Sometimes, notification emails are delivered to your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders and mark any Wix messages as "Not Spam" to help improve future delivery.
  4. Unsubscribed Collaborators
If a collaborator isn’t receiving emails, please have them go to Settings > Notification Preferences > Email and confirm that “Confirmations and status changes” is toggled on.

What you should do next:
  • Please check each of the areas above according to the issues you are experiencing.
  • If any issue still persists after following these steps, please contact support with the following information:
    • The contact who didn't receive the email
    • The date and time the email should have been received
    • The specific booking that the automation email was sent for

Providing these details will help us review your case more efficiently and guide you with any additional steps if needed.
