Exclude specific pages from your site to help manage the information the AI uses to answer visitors' questions. This helps you keep irrelevant pages out of responses, avoid using data from pages that are currently a work in process, and keep sensitive information out of the chat.
By doing this, you maintain more control over the AI’s focus, ensuring that your answers stay on-brand, accurate, and aligned with your content strategy. For example, if you have a promotional page for a past event, you can exclude it to prevent the AI from providing outdated information to your visitors. This way, you ensure that the AI only uses the most relevant and current content.

Excluding site pages
Select which site pages you want to exclude from the AI's responses.
To exclude site pages:
- Go to AI Site Chat in your site's dashboard.
- Click Exclude Site Pages at the top.
- Click Select Pages to Exclude.
- Select the pages you want to exclude.
Tip: Browse by category (e.g. Products, Services, Events) or search by page name. - Click Save.
