Adding Field Titles to Your Form

When you add a form field you have the option of adding a field title. The title appears above the form field and the placeholder text.

The most important reason to include a field title above your form fields is to make sure you're complying with Wix's accessibility guidelines. It's recommended that your site prioritizes accessibility for all your visitors.

Adding field titles also makes it easier for visitors to navigate your form and understand what information you want them to input for each field. 

While most fields come with placeholder text, or helper text inside the form field, this text disappears once a visitor begins typing. Adding a field title above ensures they understand what to include.
