Adding Field Titles to Your Form

A field title is text above the field that is used to ensure your visitors understand what information you want them to input for each field.

While most fields come with placeholder text, or helper text inside the form field, this text disappears once a visitor begins typing.

The most important reason to include a title above your form fields is to make sure you're complying with Wix's accessibility guidelines. It's recommended that your site prioritizes accessibility for all your visitors.

Absolutely. To edit the field title, type your desired text in the Field title text box.

Yes. To hide your field title, click the More Actions icon   next to Field title and select Hide field title.
