Adding Chat FAQs as Plain Text

If you already have the Wix FAQ app installed on your site, you can choose up to five existing questions to add to your Chat FAQ buttons. However, any text customizations you've made such as adding hyperlinks or changing formatting won't appear in the chatbot. Instead, the Chat FAQs appear as plain text.
For example, if you've added bold text or a bulleted list to a Site FAQ, those formatting changes do not appear in the chatbot.
If you want to include the same question in your Site FAQ and Chat FAQ, create a separate question in Wix Chat with the same content but with plain text only. In the Site FAQ dashboard, any questions in the chatbot have a 'Chat' label to help you distinguish them.
