Adding Attachments to Contacts

Upload attachments (e.g. insurance forms, contracts) to the Contact Info tab of a contact to easily access this information at any time.
Note:
You can upload attachments in the following formats:
- MS Office Files: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Image Files: JPG, PNG, GIF
- Other File Types: CSV, PDF
To add an attachment to a contact:
- Click to go to your Contact List.
- Click the relevant contact.
- Click Add next to Attachments.
- Select the attachment on your computer.
Tip:
When hovering over the attachment, you have the following options:
- View: Click the View icon to preview the attachment (this option is only available for images).
- Download: Click the Download icon to download the attachment.
- Delete: Click the Delete icon to delete the attachment.
