Adding Attachments to Contacts

Upload attachments (e.g. insurance forms, contracts) to the Contact Info tab of a contact to easily access this information at any time. 
Note:
You can upload attachments in the following formats: 
  • MS Office Files: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Image Files: JPG, PNG, GIF
  • Other File Types: CSV, PDF

To add an attachment to a contact:

  1. Click to go to your Contact List
  2. Click the relevant contact.
  3. Click Add next to Attachments.
  4. Select the attachment on your computer.
Tip:
When hovering over the attachment, you have the following options:
  • View: Click the View icon to preview the attachment (this option is only available for images).
  • Download: Click the Download icon to download the attachment.
  • Delete: Click the Delete icon to delete the attachment.
