Add Store Products to an Invoice

You can include Wix Stores products in any invoice you send and create a store order while doing so.

Important:
  • When you select Invoice & Order and sell a store product, a store order appears in the Orders tab and your inventory updates automatically.
  • When you select Invoice and manually add a store product to the invoice, an order is not created and your inventory doesn't update automatically. Be sure to manually update your inventory. 
To add a store product to an invoice, select it from the Add an item drop-down. The product price and description are added automatically to the invoice and can be edited.
